In October 2008 the City of Menifee was created by the voters of Riverside County.  A team was assembled, and this team wasted no time in selecting a site for the new city hall.  WorshipMIX was selected to provide audio, video, projection, and meeting control systems for the new council chambers.

The system features:

1. •Automatic mic mixing
   

2. •Microphone muting system which allows the clerk to override or mute individual mics
   

3. •Podium timer system with red, yellow, and green lights at podium
   

4. •Request-to-speak system controlled by mayor
   

5. •Closed circuit TV allowing the meeting to be viewed on any TV in the building for staff and overflow
   

6. •Video screens at each seat on the dais
   

7. •Laptop inputs at each seat on the dais as well as the podium.
   

The first full meeting in the new chambers took place on April 7th, 2009.  Everything ran without a hitch!
